The market was my sanctuary, where memories danced in the air, whispering stories that begged to be told. I captured them on canvas, raw and unfiltered. This piece, in particular, speaks to me - a grandmother, her cat, and a sketchbook, a symphony of love, loss, and laughter.
Elders are known to share stories with great enthusiasm, and she was no exception, recounting tales of days gone by with a sparkle in her eye. In that moment, time stood still, and all that remained was the gentle passing of stories from one heart to another. More stories are waiting to be uncovered.
